SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Every order is handled with intention and care.

Every piece is prepared with care upon order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–5 business days (U.S.)
Total estimated timeframe: 5–10 business days from order date.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not rush the process. A luxury piece is worth the wait.

ORDER ACCURACY

Please double-check your details at checkout.

Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or carrier-related delays. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once delivered, it's in your hands.

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been misplaced, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your building's leasing office. We're happy to assist with filing a claim, but responsibility rests with the carrier once delivery is confirmed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Some things are beyond our control.

While we do our best to meet all estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances including weather, holidays, or carrier delays may extend shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Exchanges are only accepted if the item was received damaged or defective, you notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and the item remains unused and in its original packaging.

To request an exchange, email us at lowelaofficial@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and details. If approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping label.

Slight variations in beading are natural and a mark of authentic handmade craftsmanship, not a defect. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
